You do not need a sales tax license to purchase wholesale. However, a 18.72 % PA Sales Tax/Consumer Fireworks Tax will be applied to all orders of consumer fireworks or 6% Sales Tax will be applied to all orders of Safe and Sane Fireworks unless a sales tax license is provided.
